Common Questions
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot password" to receive a reset link via email.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account > Account Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data.
How do I change my calorie goal?
Go to Account > Goals to update your daily calorie and macronutrient targets.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Klem in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.
Is my data private?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
